New Books Tuesday 11.12.24 Playlist
It is only two and half weeks until one of the biggest events of the year for my little shop… Small Business Saturday! This means I’m busy stocking the shop with as many ‘new to you’ books as I can. As always, it is helped along by the weekly arrival of brand-new books on Tuesdays! Here is what I featured on today’s New Books Tuesday Playlist:

Puck & Prejudice by Lia Riley - From the author of Mister Hockey comes a sizzling marriage of convenience romance between a pro hockey player who accidentally travels back in time to Regency Era England and the brazen contemporary of Jane Austen he just can’t help but fall for…
Deadly Animals by Marie Tierney - Finding a dead body is not normal. But Ava is not a normal teenager. In this chillingly beautiful mystery, only the obsessive spirit of youth can save a desperate town from the savagery within.

Time and Tide by J.M. Frey - Historical fiction with a touch of time travel, for fans of Diana Gabaldon, Alexis Hall, and Olivia Waite’s Feminine Pursuits series, where a modern bisexual woman is thrown into Regency England and must figure out how to survive, while she falls in love with a woman who will become a famous author.
Vanishing Treasures by Katherine Rundell - From the #1 New York Times bestselling author Katherine Rundell comes a “rare and magical book” (Bill Bryson) reckoning with the vanishing wonders of our natural world.
Servant of Earth by Sarah Hawley - In the underground Fae realm, only the strongest and most ruthless have power—but a young human woman forced into a life of servitude is about to change everything.
Only Here, Only Now by Tom Newlands - A brilliant new talent writing from lived experience makes his debut with this irresistible and original story in the vein of Young Mungo and Hang the Moon, that pierces the beautiful, brilliant, and lightning-quick mind of a teenage girl growing up with undiagnosed ADHD in working-class Scotland.
